This liability insurance covers damages for which the insured may be held liable due to acute pollution under Article 16 of Act No. 33/2004 on the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea and Coast. Insurance can be complicated. To make things easier to understand, we have compiled all the key information about the insurance in an information document that can be viewed with the terms and conditions.
