Listvinir er stærsti klúbburinn sem starfræktur er innan Arion og telur rúmlega 500 meðlimi. Markmið klúbbsins er að efla áhuga og þekkingu starfsfólks á menningu og listum, auk þess að styðja við bakið á listafólki.
Klúbburinn stendur ekki aðeins fyrir áhugaverðum fyrirlestrum og námskeiðum, því tvisvar á ári eru svo haldin svokölluð listakvöld. Þar gefst meðlimum klúbbsins tækifæri á að eignast falleg og eiguleg verk – ef heppnin er með þeim.
