Insurance can be complicated. To make things easier to understand, we have compiled all the key information about the insurance in an information document that can be viewed with the terms and conditions.
Liability for damages imposed on the insured when a third party suffers general financial loss that can be traced to the insured or their employees.
Losses to a client if the policyholder, paid to act as a real estate intermediary, stops operations with unfinished contracts, documents, or settlements from the transactions.
Losses resulting from the insured assuming liability or giving promises that go beyond their general liability as a real estate or ship sales agent.
Fines or other penalties imposed on the insured or a third party.
Bodily injury or damage to property.
Activities of the insured outside the European Economic Area, or liability for damages that exceeds Icelandic rules on the basis for compensation or determination of compensation amounts.
It is important to have the right insurance for your business, whether it concerns your employees, operations, or equipment.
We work closely with our business clients to ensure that their insurance reflects the needs of their operations at all times.
