Customers who are in the Basic plan do not pay an excess on vehicle liability insurance, and if the car is comprehensively insured, they receive a rental car for up to five days should they be involved in a comprehensive insurance claim (does not apply to Light comprehensive insurance). In addition, they have access to roadside assistance.
To be in the Basic plan, customers must have Home Protection 2, 3, or 4 with contents comprehensive cover included, and two other insurance policies.
